Dear Buyers who are interested in getting items from our website and the sprees that we organised, do read our Terms & Conditions (T&C) before placing any order with us. Once you have placed an order with us, we will assume as you have read and understand our T&C and agreed on every items listed below :
(A) SIMPLE PURCHASE STEPS
- Step 1 : Select your favor products from our website, and add them onto the "ORDER FORM';
- Step 2 : When finish your online shopping, press [Submit Form];
- Step 3 : Our staffs will check on the stock immediate availability. Postage fees and payment details will be sent to your email account within 24 hours once the order is placed. For more details, please click 'Postage Fees' for further reference.
- Step 4 : Payment made. For more details, please check on 'Payment Method';
- Step 5 : Tracking number will be sent to you when parcel is delivered.
(B) PRE-ORDER ORDER REQUIREMENT
- Each pre-order batch has different waiting time ~ approximately 1-3 weeks from the closing date; we would appreciate buyers to understand this before placing an order with us to prevent misunderstandings. We will update status of each batches on our blog for easy checking for all buyers;
- Please ONLY place order if you are willing to wait;
- Buyers are required to bank in FULL amount before we make order. Failing to do so, will lead to the cancellation of orders and further complaints will not be entertained;
- No cancellation of orders or refund will be made once payment is made. However, if the items that you have ordered is Out of Stock, full refund will be made;
- All prices are not included local postage fees which shall borne by buyers;
- Please understand that item bought might be slightly different in color from the items shown due to lighting and monitor resolution and items may be slightly different in measurement due to the mass production
- We are not responsible for any defects in the items that buyers have purchased, but we will try our best to ask for the exchange of your items. However, buyers have to bear all the shipping charges and other charges occur for the exchange if any;
- All items received are STRICTLY no refundable or exchangeable in any circumstances;
- Please order at your own discretion. By joining our pre-order, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms & conditions as stated therein; and
- We reserve the rights to cancel your order during any discrepancy.
(C) OPERATING HOURS
- Monday to Saturday (Malaysia Time ~ 1000 hrs to 2300 hrs)
- Sunday (Malaysia Time ~ 1300 hrs to 2000 hrs)
- All your enquiry emails, order status or tracking number will be notify on the next working days.
(D) PAYABLE CUSTOM TAX
- For International Buyers, you may be subjected to import tax or country custom tax which may require you to pay in your respective country. We are not responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates are varied in different country and by different items ordered. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
